This service is designed to send an SMS from a mobile to a fixed phone just like sending to another mobile. Emisario gets from the SMS-C the SMS and transforms it into a temporary audio file using TTS engine from Loquendo. This audio file is delivered to Telephony Server which dials out the fixed phone to play the file once the call has been answered.
