From a fixed line a user dials a short service number (eg. *1) + mobile number (destination), when prompted, records a voice message and hungs up the call. Emisario sends a SMS to destination alerting that a new VozSMS has arrived. The mobile user, in order to recover the voice message, dials a short service number (eg. *1) and Emisario plays all pending voice messages.
